Drinking Cacao 70%
This is the deeper one. 70% cacao, medium roasted and never alkalised, so it comes out warm, deep and chocolatey, with a little fruit underneath. The closest thing to a good bar of chocolate you can drink.
The list stays short: cacao, coconut blossom sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir a scoop into a little hot water, then top it with warm milk or let it all warm together in a pan. No frother, no machine.
The tin comes with a scoop. Start with 125 g for 10 cups, or 250 g for 20. When it runs out, keep the tin and refill it.
Barista Cacao is 70% too, roasted lighter for a bright, fruity cup. It's the one we started with. Want it milder? Try the 50%.

No allergens in the recipe. It's made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, gluten and tree nuts, so traces are possible. Every ingredient is plant-based.

How to make it
Stir 1 scoop (12,5 g) into 40 ml hot water until smooth.
Warm
Top with warm milk, or gently warm it all together in a pan.
Iced
Pour over cold milk and ice.
No frother, no machine. A pan and a spoon are all it needs.
